Led engineering across the full stack: Laravel/PHP backend, Vue 3/Inertia.js frontend, AI/ML pipelines, and GCP/GKE infrastructure.
Built an LLM documentation engine on the Anthropic API that turns patient conversations into HIPAA-compliant SOAP, DAP, and BIRP notes in real time.
Built AriaMD, a Telnyx-based AI clinical agent for live call transcription, clinical summarization, and population health monitoring.
Built a Redis Streams relay on Laravel Reverb that decouples LLM token streaming from queue workers across multiple model providers.
